Please contact us by email to obtain a return authorization number for any product requiring an exchange within 7 days of receipt. After this period, all return requests will be refused.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging (included) and in good condition.
- We will not accept any product that has been worn, washed, used and/or damaged.
- Any product returned without a return authorization number will automatically be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Transportation costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Transportation costs for the return of products are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective item.
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
- Prices listed in the SHOP section do not include applicable taxes, customs and clearance fees, if any, or shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise noted.
- Thé à boire reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit an order for any reason whatsoever: credit evaluation, unavailability of a product or error in the description of the products and/or the price displayed on the website.
- Each order is processed on a first come, first served basis.
- All orders placed and validated by Thé à boire will be confirmed to the buyer as soon as possible by email.
- Food products cannot be returned.
Thé à boire uses several shipping services to ship its products. As such, Thé à boire is not responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) or any loss or expense resulting from shipping. In the event that the order is returned to the sender, Drinking Tea reserves the right to request a refund of the shipping charges plus 25% for restocking fees. Items purchased on SALE or at PROMO prices are FINAL SALES.
